With 2 lasers (2500 & 4000 Watt) running full time we can create anything you need out of metal or wood. We are able to do etching and slotting as well. Brake press can be used to put any bend or angle in just about any metal or plastic.

Powder Coating Projects
Powder coating is a type of layer that is applied as a free flowing, dry powder. It is applied electrostatically then placed in an oven to cure ensuring the powder can flow and form a coating. It creates a hard finish that is tougher and more resilient that traditional paint. Powder coating is sought after its ability to produce a thicker coating that can be achieved with out running or lines.
Media Blasting
More commonly known as sand blasting goes hand-in-hand with powder coating to give the products the best results and finish possible. Blasting forces a flow of abrasive material under high pressure. You can make a rough surface smooth and remove contaminants from any surface.
Flatbeds
Typically made out of aluminum & welded with both MIG/TIG. The white & yellow powder coated flatbeds are made out of steel. The exposed media blasted areas will be Rhino Lined by company purchasing the flatbed.
